(1) Every year, the Attorney General shall prepare an annual report of the work carried out by him in accordance with this Constitution and the Federal Law and submit it to the President and the President shall cause such report to be submitted to the Federal Parliament through the Prime Minister.
(2) In the report to be submitted in accordance with sub-section (1), in addition to other matters, the number of opinions and advice given by the Attorney General on constitutional and legal matters during the year with a brief description, details related to the cases conducted by the Government, details of the defense in the cases filed by the Government of Nepal as the plaintiff or defendant, Nepal In cases in which the government is the plaintiff, details regarding future reforms and crime trends should be mentioned.
